Here is his biography:
Malcolm Most / Reverse Speed (voiced by Jason Spisak): Clone of Wally West / Kid Flash. He retains most of Kid Flash excluding his hair colour and eye colour, which are (in contrast to Kid Flash's auburn and green) blond and blue, respectively. He wears the stealth suit from Season 2 (but instead of dark green, it is blue). He is the YJ counterpart of Flash's evil version Zoom.
