Ben announces his retirement from the public so he can move to New York. Many people are saddened to hear about his announcement. Because of this, he has his first proper kiss from girlfriend Julie at Mr. Smoothy's, but when he tries to use his Unitrix to break up with Julie, Eunice appears and accidentally kisses Ben. However he finally breaks up with Julie by mutual consent.
Meanwhile, Gwen and Kevin safeguard the Plumbers base in Incarceraron but Ben's lookalike villain Albedo stuns them by using his own Ultimatrix and releases every villain including Vilgax and every villain from the Null Void. Rojo decides not to take part and decides not to take part and decides to use her powers for good. As Ben tries to use his Ultimatrix, Azmuth appears and gives the Map of Infinity to him to safeguard it.
But Albedo comes in to get the Map of Infinity which Ben refuses and it turns out "Albedo" was a hologram. As of this, he finds Elena better known as the Queen entity and depowers her back to normal. Elena apologises to Ben and tells him that the nanochips actually brainwashed her. He goes to find Albedo, but it is revealed that he escaped. Ben phones his grandpa by saying: "Get all of the Plumbers you know and their kids because this means war on Albedo."

This is part 1 of my four-part untitled series finale to Ben 10: Ultimate Alien. I can tell you that I wrote this on October 29-30, 2011, months before the actual ending to the series was aired. Some elements of my finale would incorporate in my post-finale epilogue Dark Endgame and my fifth series, Legacy. I never came up the title of the story arc but the working title for my story arc was "Epilogue".
