As he controls his Ultimatrix, Ben declines to transform into Alien X but he manages to use Jetray instead. Gwen is concerned about this and collapses after thinking about her paternal uncle Jeremy's daughter Sunny. She is later put in a coma. Kevin asks Max when will Gwen recover, Max replies by saying that Gwen will probably wake up in 2 days.
Meanwhile, Albedo creates clones of Charmcaster and Rojo, who both turned good, from their DNA plus a clone of Kevin 11 from a lock of Kevin's hair and Albedo darkens the moon by locking the Null Void.
Ben revives Gwen by short-circuiting the Ultimatrix and finally transforms into Spike, an alien who has the same DNA as Pierce. He opens the cryogenic chamber, revealing inside is Pierce. Ben defreezes Pierce and Pierce finally wakes up from the blast which apparently killed him but it turns that he got stunned from it.
Several Anti-Plumbers invade several planets. Albedo's team invade Anodyne and captures Verdona after being betrayed by her own granddaughter Sunny. Vilgax's army invade Uxorita and captures Xylene after being betrayed by being told to go to her home planet while on Plumber duty. Aggregor's army invade Vilgaxia and captures Myaxx. Several Anti-Plumbers invade and capture several Plumbers and allies including Azmuth, Paradox and the Galactic Enforcers.
Ben declares war on Albedo and receives a visit from Rex, which Ben says: "Rex is that you?" and the scene fades to black.

This is part 2 of my four-part untitled series finale to Ben 10: Ultimate Alien. I can tell you that I wrote this on October 29-30, 2011, months before the actual ending to the series was aired. Some elements of my finale would incorporate in my post-finale epilogue Dark Endgame and my fifth series, Legacy. I never came up the title of the story arc but the working title for my story arc was "Epilogue".
